Not working on Iphone

1. Make sure their phone works with : Compatible Devices

The phone model you have does not matter when sharing!

2. Make sure to touch to the very top of the back of their phone.

On iPhones, the sweet spot for reading is on the very top of the back of the device.

3. A Product CANNOT be read when:  

- their phone is in airplane mode

- their device flashlight is on

- their phone screen is off

- their camera is open 

Not working on Android

1. Make sure their phone works with  Compatible Devices

2. Make sure to touch your Product to the very center of the back of their phone.  

For Androids, the sweet spot for reading  is in the center of the back of the device.

 

3. Turn on NFC capabilities in their phone settings

If their phone is on the compatible devices list and is still not reading your Product,

go to their phone settings and search for NFC. Make sure that "NFC" is turned on!

- How do I Share my Taptoyou profile with non-compatible phones?

   All phones, Apple and Android, that are updated with the latest software have a built-in QR code scanner.

Simply open up the camera and point at the QR code. All iPhones models XR and later (September 2018)

have NFC enabled and almost 90% of the Android phones do.

- How to turn NFC ON FOR Android? 

    Some Android phones have NFC turned off by default.

    If your Android is not reading the product, go to your phone settings and look for "NFC".

Then make sure you have this turned on!

- How does this work?   The Taptoyou products contains a smart chip that wirelessly sends your information to the phone. If you tap the product on compatible phones, a link will open up with your profile. Ready to be saved to the phone. For older phones that don't have NFC, there is a QR codeBuilt in your Profile.
- Can I get this card with my own Name?   The Custom card can be printed with your own Name as you like.
- Do you offer a discount?     We are doing group discounts for 5 or more pls Reach out if you are looking to get Products for your whole team or organization. We would love to know more about how we can make sure you get the most out of our service.
- Can I give these away as gifts?    Yes! Please let us know at the time of your order if you are planning to give the cards away.

- Can I update the information on my Product?   Once you receive Your package use the Activation code on the instruction page to activate your account, once your account is activated you’ll be able to build your profile. In your account you will be able to update your information as often as you want. Changes made are reflected in real time on the product and on your Account.

If you received an email saying your Product has been shipped but you haven't received it yet,


please allow 7-10 business days for your Product to arrive.

 

If it has been longer than 10 days and you still haven't received your product, please send us an

How Long will it take to receive my products once i purchased

Shipping time within the USA is typically 1-5 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping time outside of the USA is typically 5-20 business days.

If you choose Free shipping we use USPS envelopes to ship our Products so

There will be no tracking available for That  purchases.

 

If You Choose paid shipping at check ouy  you will get a tracking information in the email
